We strive to provide you with the utmost convenience and exceptional experiences, and we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We ask that you please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment or you may be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. In the event that you encounter issues or require a refund for services booked through our app, please review our refund policy below.

Refunds for services booked through the Fleek app are subject to the discretion of Fleek. We carefully assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the issue and the specific circumstances surrounding the booking.

  • Service Quality: If the service you receive does not meet the expected quality standards, and the issue is reported within 24 hours of the service completion.
  • Service Cancellation: In cases where a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, and a suitable replacement cannot be arranged.
  • Service Not Rendered: If you are charged for a service that was not provided, and the issue is reported within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  • Payment Errors: In the event of billing errors, double charges, or other payment-related discrepancies.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Fleek Support: Send an email to [support@fleekservices.com] or use the in-app chat feature to initiate your refund request. Provide detailed information about the issue, including the booking details and any supporting evidence.
  • Review and Assessment: Our customer support team will carefully review your request and assess its eligibility for a refund.
  • Resolution: If your refund request is approved, Fleek will process the refund to the original payment method used during the booking. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Refunds may not be approved in the following situations:

  • If the issue reported is a result of user error or failure to comply with the Fleek App’s Terms of Service.
  • If the request is not submitted within 24 hours of the service completion or the scheduled appointment.
  • If the issue is related to a change in personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the aesthetic outcome of a service, which does not constitute a service quality issue.
